Shipping & Handling

DUE TO COVID-19 THERE MAY BE DELAYS WITH PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE WORKING HARD TO GET ALL ORDERS OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. 

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped out within 7-14 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We advise ordering earlier around the holiday time. It can take anywhere between 7 to 10 business days for packages to ship depending on processing and where you are located. Rush Delivery is avaiable for an additional $20.

We ship threw our local postal service USPS. We only ship in the United States until further notice. The USPS Service has a delay delivering packages due to COVID-19. 

WRONG ADDRESS/RETURNED MAIL

Please review your order before submitting. Once an order has been placed we're unable to alter it in anyway; This includes changing addresses. there will be a RESHIP FEE for any packages that are returned (have to be reshipped) due to incorrect address.

 

UNDELIVERED MAIL

We recommend sending your package to a safe & secure address. We are not responsible for packages marked as DELIVERED by the carrier; If you feel you have been the victim of lost/stolen mail please contact USPS.

 

CANCELLATIONS

At PamperMeGlam we strive to fill every order as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed we are unable to be altered in any way; This includes cancellations. No exceptions.
